This recipe was easy to do and very yummy. They come out very moist and perfect. I made a cream cheese frosting to go on top.
Ingredients
1 spice cake mix (2 layer size)
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
Directions
1Combine all ingredients in lg mixing bowl.
2Beat on med for 2 minutes.
3Pour batter into 24 lined muffin cups.
4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
5Cool in pans 20 minutes.
